TEC weekends are conducted in a safe environment as prescribed by the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois.  All TEC team members are required to attend a Protecting God's Children Workshop.  Adult members of the TEC community act as 'guardian angels' during the night hours of a TEC weekend to insure safety, comfort and rest for the participants of the TEC weekend.
